Amirah Razman (Story Editor)
Amirah Razman is a senior studying journalism at the University of Minnesota. Her family is from Malaysia, but she was raised in the Twin Cities. Her journalistic passions include writing for print, editing and social media. Razman currently works as a campus activities reporter for the Minnesota Daily and serves as the head of the Daily’s Content Diversity Board, which strives to diversify coverage and educate reporters on underrepresented groups. She also works as a contributor to the Sahan Journal’s weekly newsletter, the Pathfinder. When she is not studying or working, she enjoys reading, being with friends and family, attending concerts/sporting events, and being a total fangirl for sports and her favorite musical artists. She is a massive Taylor Swift/Sabrina Carpenter/Olivia Rodrigo fan and NFL fan – come up to her about those topics, and she will talk up a storm!
